Romeo Castellucci meets the Athens Festival audience
Χωρίς Τίτλο
The 2009 Athens Festival will be presenting Romeo Castellucci’s Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso, a trilogy freely inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy, and would like to invite the audience to meet the Italian director at 18.30 on Tuesday 9 June at the Athens Megaron Concert Hall (Dimitris Mitropoulos Hall).
The meeting will be following by a screening of C. #11 Cesena (26’), the final installment in Cristiano Carloni and Stefano Franceschetti’s five-hour "video memory” of Romeo Castellucci and Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio’s Tragedia Endogonidia cycle (2002-2004). The film features music by Scott Gibbons.
The discussion will be coordinated by Katia Arfara, the art historian & theatre expert.
