Led by Jozef Frucek (RootlessRoot Dance Company)



This seminar seeks to explore the balance between the body, the soul and the emotions, the way in which these elements interact with their surrounding environment, and moreover how they operate as an inseparable unit.



Also to be explored is the interchange of forces between bodies, the ways in which various qualities of energies and dynamics can be utilised, and how to take risks without risk of injury. Techniques for achieving freedom of expression will also be developed.


The seminar is aimed at professional dancers and dance school students.
