At last! The Théâtre du Soleil—“a truly ‘popular’ theatre (Vilar), a truly ‘political’ theatre (Brecht), and a truly ‘celebratory’ theatre (May ’68)”—in Greece! A collective work inspired by refugees’ modern-day odysseys, Le Dernier Caravansérail is the central event in a cluster focusing on “The Stranger,” the theme concept having been introduced to the Athens Festival in 2006.
