Open call

Athens Epidaurus Festival launches an open call for participation in a workshop with Milo Rau, taking place on Sunday 5 July 2026, at Peiraios 260, Hall D, from 10:00 to 16:00, as part of Rau’s participation in this year’s edition. The workshop aims to expand the ways through which political works of art can be created today.

Who it concerns

Professionals with an active presence in theatre and visual arts are eligible to apply, including:

  • actors
  • directors
  • dramaturgs
  • performers
  • other creators of visual arts

Duration and structure of the workshop

The workshop will last for six hours and include:

  • a two-hour introduction
  • a one-hour conversation
  • three hours of workshop work

Number of participants

Up to 40 participants will be selected.

Application process

Those interetested are invited to submit an application, along with a brief biographical note, and a short statement of interest.

Participants will be selected on the basis of their application and the proximity of their professional and artistic profiles with the workshop’s object.
