Athens Festival expands its activities and organizes educational lectures, aimed at students of professional dance schools, with the intention of informing them about the dance artists and performances to be presented at Athens Festival 2018.
Is it possible to have a choreography without using muscle energy?
What is the relationship between a border surveillance system and dance/choreography?
Taking off from the questions addressed in this year’s dance performances, these lectures will tackle contemporary concerns regarding dance practices.
The meetings will be held on 27 April & 4 May 2018, with the participation of over 200 students, most of them from professional dance schools based in Athens.
The meetings will be held at Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece (Xenias 6).
