An Argentine Buena Vista Social Club, an orchestra of veterans who draw authentic tango out of the depths of their being, bring to life everything that has transformed it into a powerful international language of the emotions: melancholy, passion, sensuality and liberation through melody and rhythm. Made into a CD by the double (for Brokeback Mountain and Babel) Oscar-winning composer Gustavo Santaolalla and into a film for the big screen, the Café de los Maestros has returned in triumph to the scene of its crimes: the stage.
