The Taking of the Box
An audioverbal narrative

An adaptation of the eponymous text penned by the poet Elias Lagios in 2002. The performance’s primary aim is to allow the text to be heard, while drawing attention to its dialectical relationship with the sound environment produced in real time during the reading.
