The Athens State Orchestra’s second concert at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus will be conducted by Stefanos Tsialis, the Greek maestro who is now a staple on the German music scene, and will feature Dionysis Grammenos, one of Greece’s most talented young musicians. The ensemble will be
playing three of the most popular works in the symphonic repertoire: the overture from Weber’s Romantic opera Euryanthe (1832), Mozart’s tranquil Clarinet concerto, the last work the composer completed before his death in December 1791, and the  New World symphony, Dvorak’s best-known work, written in 1896 during a visit to the United States.
