Italian Nobel laureate Dario Fo is a ticking bomb in the foundations of every establishment – be it theatrical, political or social -, and a remarkable character in himself. The collaboration of this nonconformist playwright with Stamatis Kraounakis and Lina Nikolakopoulou gives birth to a brand new musical theatre blended with satire and a view to southern Europe. The result? A festive atmosphere underlined by the motto: “A laugh in the right place can be enough to bury them all!” Five outstanding Greek performers and an inspiringly restless Speira-Speira group ensure just that.
The performance is being prepared in collaboration with the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation.
