Vitsenzos Kornaros’ Abraham’s Sacrifice, a masterpiece of Cretan literature, will be presented at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus on Sunday, October 7, directed by Ilias Malandris, with music by Christos Leontis and Antonis Papangelis.

The performance features a stellar cast, including Nikitas Tsakiroglou, Despina Bebedeli, Grigoris Valtinos, Lefteris Eleftheriou, joined by Psarantonis, Niki Xilouri, and the Tettix Byzantine Choir, conducted by Giorgos Naoum, along with established actors, musicians, and dancers.

The production is an initiative of the Friends of Piraeus Municipal Theatre, under the auspices of the Panhellenic Federation of Cretan Cultural Associations, in cooperation with the Greek Institute of Harvard University.

All proceeds will go to Floga  (Parents Association of Children with Cancer).
