The Weight of Heaven
Inspired by texts by Italo Calvino, The Weight of Heaven conjures up a strange and poetic on-stage reality. Three dancers and a circus artist play four people who confront their desire to reach heaven… This production from France deals with the ranking of goals in contemporary society through a spectacle which combines hip-hop with burlesque and the new circus, aiming for a ‘philosophico-burlesque’ experience.
