Back to Epidaurus once again this year!

World and Greek premieres, international co-productions, ancient Greek drama and works of contemporary artists, plenty of music and dance, will take the Epidaurus audience by storm, Fridays and Saturdays, throughout July and up to 20 August.

How many times can one travel to Epidaurus in the span of a single summer? Our answer: many times! The audience bus routes to and from Epidaurus (Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus and Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus) were just announced, available in great prices for Festival lovers. Plus, a fascinating discount package for spectators who have purchased tickets for the performances The Persians, Alcestis, and Agamemnon, and for the FESTIVAL FRIEND card holders, is also available.

From 15 to 30 June, you can purchase tickets for selected Epidaurus performances with a 50% discount.

ANCIENT THEATRE OF EPIDAURUS

  • Audiences who will purchase or have already purchased a ticket for The Persians (15-16/7) can use their ticket barcode to get a 50% discount for another ticket for Alcestis (1-2/7) or Agamemnon (22-23/7) at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. The offer is available for all seating zones except for the two low-price upper tier zones).

  • Audiences who will purchase or have already purchased a ticket for one of the two international co-productions held at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus – Alcestis or Agamemnon – can use their ticket barcode to secure a 50% discount for another ticket for the other international co-production. The offer is available for all seating zones except for the two low-price upper tier zones.

  • Holders of the FESTIVAL FRIEND card have a 50% discount for both international co-productions held at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus (Alcestis and Agamemnon). The offer is available for all seating zones except for the two low-price upper tier zones.

  • Audiences who have already purchased a ticket for both international co-productions held at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus – Alcestis and Agamemnon ­– and cannot benefit from the above offer, can have a 50% discount for one Festival production presented at Peiraios 260 or the Odeon of Herodes Atticus between 15 and 30 June, after submitting a request to tickets@aefestival.gr or to the Festival box office.

LITTLE THEATRE OF ANCIENT EPIDAURUS

  • During the offer period (from 15 to 30 June), ALL productions presented at the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus – Periplanomeno (2/7), Ta Kypo-Theatrika (9/7), Roots of Cotton (15-16/7), Epitrepontes (22-23/7), TOURΝÉ (29-30/7), The Wahncau File (5-6/8) – will retain a regular ticket price of 12,50 euros.

  • Audiences who have already purchased a ticket and cannot benefit from the above offer, can have a 50% discount for one Festival production presented at Peiraios 260 or the Odeon of Herodes Atticus between 15 and 30 June, after submitting a request to tickets@aefestival.gr or to the Festival box office.
