Choreographer Katerina Andreou with her work “A kind of fierce“, co-produced by the Athens and Epidaurus Festival and presented in Athens this summer, won the JARDIN D’EUROPE prize, awarded by the ImPulsTanz festival in Vienna. This is a very important distinction, given annually to young choreographers in the frame of [8: tension] Young Choreographers’ Series of ImPulsTanz festival.
The ceremony held on August 14 at the Viennese Theatre Kasino am Schwarzenbergplatz, and this year’s jury consisted of Jennifer Lacey (FR), Ana Vujanović (RS) and Wolfgang Kralicek (AT).
