Shocked by the sudden passing of acclaimed dancer and dance teacher Alexandar (Sasha) Neskov, who starred in Greek National Opera Ballet productions for twenty years and passed away yesterday at the age of just 50, the Artistic Director and staff of the Athens & Epidaurus Festival wish to express their deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
Beyond his radiant artistic presence and his contribution to the arts, we will always remember him for his unique character, his kindness and his love for dancers and dance.
