Playing with History


Schoolchildren from three primary schools of Drapetsona will explore the facilities of the former factory of the Greek Chemical Products and Fertilizer Company, where they will encounter thick smoke, a curiously red sea rich in sulphur, contaminated subsoil, and the sound of engines. The history of an abandoned factory will come to life through creative playmaking. From passive audience, the children will be transformed into the heroes of the game. Following the event, they will participate in ecological planting projects.
