Konstantinos Dellas

Electra, the Last Blood

The performance for tomorrow July 16 is canceled due to an actress injury

“Agamemnon kills a deer and a daughter. Clytemnestra murders Agamemnon, who has just returned from Troy, in his bathroom. Aegisthus spreads fear all around and imposes confinement. Chrysothemis learns how to survive – Electra never does so. Orestes, a fugitive for years, makes his comeback in order to turn words into action. Everyone and everything move in between whispers and silences.”

This is how Konstantinos Dellas outlines the structure of the myth. The young and gifted director who won acclaim for his work Greek Vampire turns to tragedy, offering a performance that brings together in a felicitous manner a group of leading actors. Olia Lazaridou features in the title role and Giannis Aggelakas has written the music.
