We would like to inform you that Nikos Portokaloglou’s July 9th concert 40 Years – The Whole Story, which was postponed due to rain, will ultimately take place at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus on August 3rd.

Information regarding ticket holders:

Tickets which have already been issued still apply for the new date, i.e. August 3rd.

In case you are unable to attend the concert on the new date, please contact our ticketing department in one of the ways mentioned below by Monday, July 25th, in order to get your ticket refund.

Purchased tickets will not be cancelled after this date (July 25th).

You can contact the Festival in one of the following ways to get your refund:

1. Email at tickets@aefestival.gr, with the subject line “Portokaloglou refund” and either the ticket code or by attaching the ticket file.

2. By phone at (+30) 2103222720 Monday to Friday 10.00-17.00 and Saturday 10.00-15.00.

3. At the Athens Epidaurus Festival box office, Stoa Pesmazoglou, Monday to Friday 10.00-18.00 and Saturday 10.00-15.00.

4. Customers who have purchased their tickets at the Athens Epidaurus Festival box office and want their tickets to be cancelled, will have to appear in person at the Athens Epidaurus Festival box office (check out the opening hours: https://aefestival.gr/plirofories-eisitirion/). Customers who have purchased their tickets in cash through the resale network will have to sent an IBAN of a domestic bank to tickets@aefestival.gr
