Delving deep into audiovisual archives and materials drawn from an open public research process, Tzeni Argyriou and her team set out on a fascinating journey along the pathways of memory and history. Three performers teeter between the past and present, transported by an installation created by Vasilis Yerodimos that is both stage set and musical instrument. Various elements – bodies that stir up collective memories, personal narratives, projections on various materials, shadows, music that brings with it all that came before and all that is to come – are brought together in this palimpsest of a performance.
Before the start of the performance, between the hours of 18:30 and 20:30, two sound and visual art installations will be freely open to the public.
