Four actors in a game of body transformation. Four people trapped in wrapped spaces, entrenched in their own selves and isolated from society, address their personal quandaries and challenge the narrative of contemporary Greece. Their “City” acts as a synecdoche for the World. Director Konstantinos Hatzis sets Loula Anagnostakis’ emblematic City Trilogy, a seminal piece in Greek theatre, in an undetermined location that is at once universal, in which man struggles to define his sense of being and to determine the causes and effects of his actions.
